(Johnson and Luther, 2007: v) When we set out to write this chapter, we were initially going to deal with three separate topics: print publications, electronic publications and hybrid publications. Later in the process we changed our minds as we realised this division would have been valid in the initial developmental stages of electronic publications, but no longer today.

The next step in the publishing plan is to determine who will do what, when and how much it will cost.
